Terms of service

Acceptance and age

By using RollForOne you accept these Terms of service. The platform is for people aged 16 or over. Mature (18+) content covers only fantasy violence, horror and psychological themes typical of tabletop role-playing. Sexual, erotic or pornographic content is forbidden, including innuendo. By registering you confirm that you are at least 16 and that you will respect these limits.

Conduct

You are responsible for the content you enter or generate on the platform. In particular:

• You must not use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• You must not create or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, sexual or pornographic, or that infringes others' privacy or third-party rights.
• By uploading public content you grant RollForOne a free, non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform, including to illustrate the service. Private content remains private.

Automated functions and content

RollForOne does not currently offer an artificial-intelligence function that generates narrative game text. Where enabled, automated classification tools may process uploaded content solely for security and compliance with these Terms. We do not warrant the accuracy of those tools. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

Intellectual property and third-party marks

The code, design and RollForOne name are owned exclusively by the controller. Content you create remains yours, subject to the non-exclusive licence on public content. RollForOne is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast LLC or Hasbro, Inc. “Dungeons & Dragons”, “D&D” and related marks belong to their owners and are used only to name the referenced tabletop game, not as brands of RollForOne.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for data loss, interruptions or damage arising from use of the platform, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Agrigento have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Material changes will be notified with reasonable notice.

SRD content and open licences

Some rules content is taken from the System Reference Documents published by Wizards of the Coast LLC (SRD 5.1 and, where used, SRD 5.2.1) and released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). RollForOne does not claim ownership of those systems' trade marks.

Content ratings

E: suitable for everyone. T: moderate fantasy violence and monsters. M (18+): graphic fantasy violence, intense horror, heavy psychological themes. The Mature rating does not include or allow sexual content: that is always banned and removed.
